Peter Coulson would say "Headache" in regards to #2
He has some very good pointers for new models and photographers who are new to portraits on how to pose and how to instruct a model how to pose.

Just watched his working with a model vids. Best recommendation I've gotten so far!! His vids are incredible.
He has a Part 1 and Part 2 on training a model as well.
Great instruction on a difficult subject.
