Focus Stacking ~ New to Me
I am interested in learning Macro/Closeup photography and understanding that Focus Bracketing is a good part of the process, I thought I would give focus stacking a try.
Vintage Lens
Another visit to our garden using a vintage lens (Canon FD 50mm f/1.4) on my Canon R5. NOTE: With this lens the minimum focusing distance is 18" at which point you have 1/4" depth of field.
Austin, Texas Blue Hour
Was down in Austin for a bit on a work trip. I've always heard how beautiful the skyline is from the river.
Was a little let down by the clouds, but what can I do!
Two from Tenerife
My two favourite images from my recent night time adventure in Tenerife. Foregrounds and skies were shot separately and blended in PS.

I'd tweak the lighting on the can a little bit in not sure how I'd do it differently to be honest with you but it looks a little dark to me in some areas and the light beam going through the 3 is a bit distracting to me. But honestly I love this man simple but the color tones are great! Killed it!
Thanks for the input! I agree with that highlight on the "3." It was only one light (with the exception of the holiday lights in the background) camera left, the highlight on the right is just a gold reflector. I tried inching it back more but I started losing light. I really should have turned my key light more towards it and flagged the spill on my background so I could have adjusted that reflector back more. Oh well, always next time! Thanks!
A gold reflector above and in front of the can possibly with a light into it would pop the gold letters. Even a small gold card on an arm would work.
