It is interesting shot. Biggest problem I see is that almost everything is out of focus. Only sharp part is maybe the road?
Since it is automotive image I feel that at least the taillight on the BMW should be in focus.

Actually that was the goal - to have the road/bridge in focus and the car out of focus. I guess then a different framing would work better?
