Tones are good, but i would pump up.the shadows to reveal more detail. I think the main problem is the you have some amazing leading lines, but they dont lead to any subject.

An afternoon out on the water

It was mid September late in the afternoon, a group of sailboats were out on the water enjoying the weather, there was a soft breeze blowing, pushing on the sails.
