I think these are really solid. I will say both of them seems to have an expression that suggests some unease, discomfort or awkwardness. Could just be me though - definitly subtle and overall they look great.
Just out of curiosity where these fairly heavily cropped? I mean they are not 2:3 so at least some cropping happened. Did the short edge get cropped in?
Execs never like to be photographed.
