Paige's booth portrait
Recently, I taught an Off Camera Flash class. Paige was my model for the class. We were outdoors but it started to rain. Luckily, a nearby restaurant let us conduct the class in their dining room.

This is great as usual for you, Hector. That dramatic lighting really complements the dynamic and powerful pose. Only nitpick would be to address some of the larger flyaway hair strands.
Thank you Robert! I like to have a fan on the model during studio shoots hoping for some sense of motion (clothing, hair etc). In this case, her hair was the only thing moving so I decided to leave in the flyaways.
Don't like the right peg position, seems awkward and unnatural.
The camera appears to be too low and her face is further from the camera than her legs; also unnatural.
I like the hair and lighting other than the blacked out left side of her face
Fashion poses generally intended to show features of the wardrobe. Leg positions in this image are intended to show dual slits in the gown and create compositional angles. Model shot from a low angle to intentionally distort - lengthen legs (although model is 5'10" an has long legs). Low camera angle also puts model in position of authority (looking down on the viewer). The light is in the Rembrandt position evidenced by the triangle of light under her left eye. I used a octobox with no diffusion in order to create harsh shadows to give the image an edgy feel.
