Headshot in a restaurant

I was in the restaurant in Vienna to take some shots of food.
After my job was done, the owner of the restaurant asked me for a portrait.
I eliminated the ambient light and shot this headshot with 2 200Ws-flashes with umbrellas.
I got the background almost black, so I decided to make a little drama with my flashes...
