5 Ways to Improve Your Landscape Photography

Landscape photography is a tough genre that takes a lot of technical knowledge, creative savvy, planning in advance, and a bit of luck. If you are interested in improving your landscape work, check out this fantastic video tutorial that will show you five different methods you can use to improve your landscape images.

Coming to you from Andrew Marr, this excellent video tutorial will show you five different ways to improve your landscape photography. One of the simplest ways to improve is to expand your creative palette a bit. One way to do this is to grab a longer lens the next time you head out. Most of us generally default to focal lengths between about 14mm and 35mm for landscape work, and while there is a good reason for that, we can get stuck in that range. A longer focal length can help you create entirely new images, even at places you frequently visit, which can shake you lose from a routine. Check out the video above for the full rundown from Marr.
