Lightroom is bursting with a variety of tools for editing your images, but one that is often overlooked is the Targeted Adjustment Tool. This tiny icon hiding among the larger sliders and adjustments is quite powerful, though, and with it, you can efficiently make very precise adjustments to multiple aspects of your photos. This great video tutorial will show you where to find the Targeted Adjustment Tool and how to use it to edit your images.
Coming to you from Mark Denney, this helpful video tutorial will show you the ins and outs of using the Targeted Adjustment Tool to edit landscape photos. What makes this tool so useful is that it allows you to instantly select an exact luminosity or color value and adjust it. This means that instead of trying to find the approximate value by messing with sliders or curves, you can simply click on the part of the images you want to adjust and drag up and down. This is especially useful when dealing with colors, which are often made up of three or even four constituents. Using the tool allows you to bypass having to find the right ratio of the right colors and instantly adjust them all proportionally. Check out the video above for the full rundown from Denney.

Hey Mark, Curious, When you start editing in LRC which of those two Tiny-Tools do you start with first? I almost think that maybe starting with the HSL Tool might be a better choice, and then using the Tone-Curve for overall balance. I have never used them before so I'm looking forward to doing Post-work and trying these tools on a near future Photoshoot out West.
Keep the Videos coming they are great, I have learned a lot in the few I have watched. Also, you have cost me a LOT OF MONEY! LOL! How? I have purchased a Fuji GFX100s system, and three lenses. But, I purchased them used. I got the Camera, three lenses, and additional accessories all for $9,800!
I'm not bragging here, about my purchase but just want folks to know that Fuji has put Medium Format in the minds of many amateur and enthusiast photographers, I only see pricing and the MFormat growing in popularity.
