This shot is my personal favorite. I waited over 2 hours for the blue hour to appear. More then 15 people asked me if I could take a picture of them during that time. It was definitly worth it, the clouds came in perfectly and I got this beautiful cityscape captured on my camera.

Why f/13? Wouldn't it be sharper on f/8?
I was looking for a soft touch on the water and didn't use a ND Filter. That's the reason for F13.
