Time to Reflect

Weather forecast had said over night rain, I headed to the Lincoln Monument early at 4am, as the previous day it was crowded with tourist. When I arrived I began to walk the area looking for areas where rain water collected in hopes to get some reflection. I found this spot but barely enough water.
