The MKM Museum Küppersmühle for Modern Art is an art museum in Duisburg. On December 17, 2014, it was announced that the collector couple Sylvia and Ulrich Ströher had created the necessary conditions by founding the MKM Foundation and had commissioned the Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron to plan an extension. The extension building was opened in September 2021.
