The City Library on Milan Square is the central library of the City Library Stuttgart. It has a floor area of 20,200 m² and a program area of 11,500 m² and was opened on 24 October 2011. The construction costs amounted to almost 80 million euros, of which 4 million for the interior. Architect is the South Korean Eun Young Yi. Until completion, the construction project ran under the name Bibliothek 21.
