the moon taken from my backyard in the suburbs of phoenix

this is a 15 panel mosaic of the moon this image was taken from my backyard in Mesa, Arizona. this image was taken using an 10" newtonian reflector and a zwo asi120mm ccd camera mounted on a mount that compensates for the rotation of the earth. 7500 frames were taken, 500 for 1/15 segment of the moon, the best 20% were stacked together to counteract atmospheric turbulence. these were then stiched together in photoshop to create a full size high res image of the moon
