This image of the Crescent Nebula was taken from my backyard in Mesa, Arizona. I used an 80mm Apo Refractor on an Orion Atlas mount with an ST-8300M camera with Hydrogen alpha and Oiii filters. The red you see in the image is hydrogen gas and the much more faint blue is oxygen. This image Consists of 10 hours worth of exposures.
