As I stumbled upon this scene one evening while exploring Hanoi, I instantly knew I had to photograph it. It contains so much of what Hanoi is about - a street bar with those tiny chairs, street life, old buildings and lots of details and colors.
It took me a couple of attempts though (10) to capture this long time exposure, because there were scooters driving through this side street roughly every 15 seconds.... not enough for bracketing. So in the end I had to up the ISO a bit to get the shot. In the end I used two photos here, a normal exposure and then a darker one for some of the highlights.
