Melody Man

I had this idea for some time, but wanted to wait for the sunlight to shine through my bedroom window so I didn't have to set up any flashes and just use natural light. Last week we had a perfect winter sunrise and as the first hazy beam shone through the gap in my curtains, I knew it was the time to get up and get shooting. So curtains fully open, I waited for the light to just hit the keyboard so I could shoot with a wide aperture without blowing out any highlights in the white keys, I had the ISO at 1000 to add some slight grain because I had already intended this shot to be black and white. The image of the model (aka me) was shot in my front room, again using just the window light.
