I invited Jeven along on an adventure to see the largest wooden trestle bridge in the world. We passed through multiple tunnels that are notorious for collapsing, rode across a hot desert that is a hot spot for smugglers coming across the border and passed multiple abandoned passenger cars that had been trapped by collapsed tunnels. Some even derailed including one rail car full of now vinatge coors beer.
This bridge is 750 feet long and 186 feet tall at 90 years old still standing strong. Our hopes was to bring some awareness to reignite the interest in restoring this railroad.
