The Capitol - Blue Hour

After several failed attempts to reach our Nation's Capital, we finally were able to make the trip. We were there with thousands upon thousands of other visitors during the 2023 Cherry Blossom Festival. On our last evening, we had clear skies and I was able to set up the tripod across the reflecting pool to get this shot.
I don't remember if I used a ND or CP filter. Edited with Capture One 23. I removed a photographer and bystander across the pool who I imagine was shooting the Washington Monument and the setting sun.
