10 Fantastic Photoshop Features You Might Not Know About

Photoshop is a tremendously complex and multilayered program, and as such, there are some useful features that even seasoned users might not be aware of. If you would like to expand your photo-editing toolkit, check out this fantastic video tutorial that discusses 10 lesser-known Photoshop features and shows you how to use them to your advantage.

Coming to you from the Photoshop Training Channel, this awesome video tutorial will show you 10 useful but relatively hard to find Photoshop features and how to employ them in your editing work. Of these, perhaps my favorite has long been the ability to use the Eyedropper tool outside Photoshop. I have long been a big movie color grading nerd, and I love experimenting with applying iconic color grades to my own photos. What many people do not know is that instead of having to eyeball the colors and adjust back and forth to approximate them, you can simply drag the Eyedropper tool outside the Photoshop window and sample colors outside the program, making it easy to instantly dial in the exact values you want. It's a tremendously useful trick for saving time and increasing the accuracy of your work. Check out the video above for many more helpful tips!
