10 Secret Photoshop Tricks

Just like life, there's always something new to learn in Photoshop. Nathaniel Dodson from Tutvid shows a number of tricks I didn't know that will make my post-processing faster.

I like to think of myself as an early adopter, someone who can adapt and change if there is a better way of doing something. But, the older I get, the more comfortable I become with my way of working within Photoshop. I know how to edit my colors, how to cut someone out of an image, and how to frequency-separate if needed. They're the tricks of the trade, and I do it my way.

But, even if that's given me some degree of success, I do think it's good to know about different methods and workflows and using them. Photoshop is an application that most of us use on a daily basis, and it's also being developed on a constant basis.

This is quite a technical video, but I think it can enhance or improve your workflow if you adopt the techniques. I'm not saying these methods are the best way or the only way to do something, just different.

Didn't know a few of those! Awesome vid. You get right to the point.
Also, that file name at 9:23. I dig.

Agreed. I dont want to have to watch most of the video to see if i want to watch the video. Even a brief summary would tell me if it will be useful/interesting/etc. for me.

Further agreed. Written articles is why I visit Fstoppers.
