The first official photographs of the most talked about wedding of the year has now flooded the Internet. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared three of the images this morning and are simply stunning. They were released by Kensington Palace. The wedding was classic and stunning right down to the archway of flowers made of the favorite flowers of the late Princess Diana, Harry's mother.
The Guardian shared the first three images of the newlyweds taken by Alexi Lubomirski. The photographer based out of New York is of royalty. Polish House of Lubomirski, also known as His Serene Highness Prince Alexi Lubomirski. The couples engagement photographs were also captured by Lubomirski last year. The images were taken following the carriage procession at Windsor Castle.
One of first three images of the happy couple include a romantic yet relaxed portrait on the steps of east terrace of Castle. The bouquet was hand picked by the Duke himself from his mother's garden for his new bride. She wore a classic Givenchy dress with a antique tiara originally belonging to Queen Mary. The portraits included the royal family Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, Prince Harry’s brother William, Duke of Cambridge, and Markle's mother Doria Ragland.
Alongside them were the page boys and flower girls that assisted in the ceremony with the couple. As reported to the Telegraph, Lubomirski said: "It has been an incredible honour and privilege to document The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's inspiring journey of love, hope and family; from the engagement photos, all the way through to the official wedding and family portraits on Saturday. This has been a beautiful chapter in my career and life, that I will happily never forget."
Lovely. No words can express the beauty of it all. “God of Life and Love” - several of the ministers repeated that.
Meh. They look a lot like the Kardashian's Christmas card photos. Not bad...just dated.
You should definitely take a look at Jared Polin's review of these images over on YouTube. I cried laughing!
