Coming to you from Christopher Frost, this great video review takes a look at the Nikon NIKKOR Z DX 12-28mm f/3.5-5.6 PZ VR lens. Despite its affordable price ($356), the 12-28mm f/3.5-5.6 comes with a nice range of features, including: 

  • Equivalent focal length range of 18-42mm
  • Power Zoom control for filmmakers with 11 zoom speeds
  • Power Zoom can be controlled via ring on the body, magnification buttons on certain Nikon Z cameras, Bluetooth remote, SnapBridge app, or with NX Tether software and remote grip
  • Extra-low dispersion and aspherical elements for reduced distortion and increased sharpness
  • Vibration Reduction that offers up to 4.5 stops of compensation
  • Stepping autofocus motor for smooth and quiet autofocus suitable for both photo and video work
  • Minimum focusing distance of 7.5 inches
  • Internal focus and zoom for working with a gimbal
  • Dust- and drip-resistant design
