Shane DeLong

Hello, I’m Shane — a photographic craftsman based along the shores and islands of Lake Erie. My practice centers on architectural, hospitality, and commercial photography, creating imagery that elevates brands and gives space presence and atmosphere.

A graduate of the Washington School of Photography (Washington, D.C., 2003), I honed my craft through apprenticeships with seasoned professionals within the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) and the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) — progressing from production assistant to corporate staff photographer to independent creative. In 2008, I was certified by the Arizona Board of Education to teach Digital Media and Photography, bringing an educational foundation to my creative work.

My creative imagery has been featured in Photographer’s Forum Magazine (Santa Barbara, California), Western News & Info Inc. (Cottonwood, Arizona), Landscape Photography Magazine (United Kingdom), and The Red Rock News in Sedona, Arizona, an internationally recognized art community.

I've had the pleasure of collaborating on commercial branding and marketing projects with West USA Realty (Prescott, Arizona), Frank's Vintage Guitars (Sedona, Arizona), Carova Beach Fire Department (Carova, North Carolina), The Land Rover Experience (Biltmore and Virginia Beach), and Twiddy & Company (Outer Banks, North Carolina).
