Sara Dietschy is a professional YouTuber and vlogger based out of New York City. She most famously appeared on the scene over a year ago when she knowingly mocked the one and only Casey Neistat with a hilarious video mimicking his style. Her channel has grown in size and so has her professional expertise in the field for both photographers and videographers alike. Her recent series 'How to Vlog' is a four part series in which she explains how to go through every single step from conception, to editing, all the way to uploading, and finally managing that video online. If you are interested in building a brand online, starting a YouTube page, or beginning your own vlog series this is the place to learn how.
Sara has been building her brand on YouTube for quite some time and her channel has always been a great hub for me as a professional creative looking for a fun yet professionally sound spot to learn. Her videos are mixed between lifestyle vlogs, tutorials, reviews, and even interviews with some of the best in the industry. Not a bad place to learn if you are on the go as most videos are well under the 10 minute mark.

What makes a vlogger a "professional"? I think I've gotten burned out on most vloggers, many whose goal is to reach 100K, get a YouTube plaque, open a PO box and start a mail time segment showing what gifts they are receiving from "fans" and companies alike. Don't forget to mix in the time lapse video and obligatory drone shots (which Neistat himself just said was worthless in his own How To vlog recently). It's become a nice gig for those who are able to profit from it, but I don't see a lot of new ground being broken these days, just Neistat clones.
