Your Guide to the Latest Features in Capture One 23

Capture One 23 is here, and fans of the program will be pleased to see that it brings with it a variety of new features and upgrades that make editing easier, more powerful, and more efficient. This helpful video tutorial will show you the new features and how to employ them in your own workflow for better edits.

Coming to you from Sharpen, this great video tutorial will show you the ins and outs of some of the new features in Capture One 23, including culling capabilities, layers in styles, and Smart Adjustments. I am quite excited about Smart Adjustments. I typically work on large batches of images, which means I like to copy and paste a lot of my settings for the sake of efficiency. Smart Adjustments work like a smarter copy and paste by allowing you to duplicate things like exposure adjustments across images while still taking things like faces and skin tones into account in each individual shot. It is the kind of thing that sounds like a dream for portrait and wedding photographers, many of whom already prefer Capture One over Lightroom for how it handles colors and skin tones. Check out the video above for the full rundown.

About the only thing worse than trying to be serious and ending up unintentionally funny is trying to be funny and instead falling flat and not being very funny.

Excellent video, but the boomy music bed was very distracting.
