All entries must be made between now and Friday January 18th, 2013 at 11:59 pm US Eastern Time. One "semi finalist" from each of the three platforms will be randomly picked. One of those three names will be randomly picked from a Nikon Coffee mug as the lucky winner! Stay tuned for an announcement on Monday January 21st to see who will be packing their bags and meeting us out in Dubai.
What is the grand prize?
The flight and hotel will be covered by Fstoppers (up to a maximum of $3000). Make sure you can schedule time off from whatever you might be doing between March 1st - 8th. The trip is non refundable if you are not able to attend in which case a random semi finalist will be chosen to take your place. Gulf Photo Plus is supplying a winner with an all access workshop pass for any workshops that have availability.

Gulf Photo Plus is perhaps the most lively photography exhibition/ workshop series in the world at current. I love that it happens in Dubai, and think it deserves more coverage worldwide. The Middle East is the future epicenter for visual arts, and cities like Dubai, Istanbul and Beirut showcase this with an ever expanding art scene. I am sure FS is following and promoting this cultural and educational exchange intently. From Muscat, Oman :)

I may be late to enter, but worth a try! Ive done my share of semi pro nuptial and other kinds of photography and although most where quite acceptable a lot was technically flawed, now that I'm forced to retire my regular work I wonder If this would be a good fit again? I know I would at least need some (lots) more instructional courses and your F-STOPPER route would be an outstanding way to make myself productive again in something I dearly love to do ! "Photography". I've dabbled in it for almost 50 years, to young to quit everything but no shape to do what I was doing (woodworking). You guys are such an amazing group with such incredible creativity and power to change peoples lives, JONG and Old(er).
