The setting sun lights up the leeward face of a dune as wind sweeps sand across the valley.

I took this image on the dunes of Death Valley at sundown. The sand was being blown onto my face and gear as I took this image. The worst part was mitigating the movement in the camera due to the sand being taken away from underneath the tripod (causing some tripod shift). I had to place CDs underneath the legs to cut that movement down as much as possible.
