Im confused by this picture. First impression was: needs work! after looking at it a couple of seconds I liked it more and more. It just sends out an artistic vibe :) Maybe another crop would make it a 3.5 for me
I think this photo is absolutely amazing. The rating does not give it justice. You managed to have the motion blur in a flowing "S" thorough the frame. Very nice.
