Think your shutter speed was a bit too slow for this shot. It seems as though the dog is a bit out of focus. Consider bumping up the ISO a tad or increasing the shutter to freeze the motion. If you were trying to pan, keep those hands steady as you move with the movement of the dog. - note: that’s just my opinion! Nice try though!
