The shape of dancing paint on top of a subwoofer. By placing 2 flashes on either side with power set on 1/128 will give you a flash duration of 1/38500 second. This is fast enough to freeze the jumping paint at the right moment. The problem is that you need a lot of trial and error to get the perfect shot.
