2.25 - "Needs Work"

Went to Belize last year (awesome) and found a few moments to snap photos as I had all three of my kids with me. Another friend came along who loves to fly fish. Sun was setting making for some awesome color/opportunities. Jumped in the water to grab the photo using a Sony a6000 at the time with a canon 16-35 L. All in all, it didn't come out the way I wanted and my editing skills need work, but its up for review and I have thick skin. Much love to all in the community.

JMO- fix that color and crop into it another 30%. I like wide environmental portraits, but he’ So small that he doesn’t even feel like the subject. Then it would jump from 2 to a 4

Thanks Sean! I was planning on it, but all I had was the already downsized jpeg. I will try that with the raw when I find it.
You are right in the color. Let me work on it. I thought I had nailed it after a few beers when I was working on it the other night lol.

And thank you for taking the time to throw a comment on!

Of course, and it's just my opinion so I could be wrong. ha! You should also try putting him off to the left side of the image a bit, then it would feel like he is casting back into the frame. Always good to play around and try everything in post.
