This is decent but not quite on for me. The exposure is fine. Looks like you had someone off camera throw some leaves. Strobe camera right for fill. But the action, or emotion in the action, is just not there for me. Its not bad, there are just so many real nice mountain bike moment photos that this shot doesn't grab me. If the rider was really carving that berm more, higher on the berm, drifting and throwing dirt, better.
