I had the opportunity to connect Paul, the owner of the flame throwing ratrod and Yalcin aka MadTurk, to create a fire on fire portrait. The location is a costume rental shop called "Have Guns will Rent Costumes and Props" in Kansas City. Two fog machines behind the rat rod. The scene is lit with a single CTO gelled strobe in a 32inch softbox.

I love this image, the colour, the composition, and the cluttered workshop. The only thing that pulls me out of it is the disco ball, which seems oddly out of place here.
