I think the post processing on this photo is great! Give a very surreal look.

Thank you so much, Rob! That was really my intention.

Awesome image with a wonderfullly photogenic tree. I personally think the blue tone of the vignette is little overkill, thats why I gave a solid 3 stars :)

Thank you Daniel!
I understand your thought. I got a say that one of my preferences is cooling some areas and give the warmer tones to the ones I want to emphasise. But I will keep that in mind. ;)

Heavy vignetting is usually faux pas. But in certain situations I believe it works well. Yours happens to be one of those. The photo is surreal, colors and light already let the mind know it’s fantastical. I feel the vignetting creates a warm spot created from the light source (the sun) that you allowed to come forth through the tree spreading on the grass. I only wish I had the imagination to create fantastical images, but alas I’ll stick with real-estate and sports. Wonderful work.

Rob to each his own. I´m totally useless doing sports, that´s a fact. I embraced fine art due to family issues that made me renounce traveling in the past 2 years. So had to change the game.
The use of vignette is as you well say faux pas in many situations. In many cases it can totally ruin an image. We have to take with a grain of salt. On this one it was really a need.

Big thank you again for your interest in my humble work. Best wishes!
