This is such a difficult one for me. The tone of the background perfectly matched her skin tone as does her make-up. She is beautiful as is the shot.

The edit on the skin feels a little to much (especially on he face) and her lighter belly pules my focus to her belly and not the face, so I would tone the highlights down in that area. I would have given here a little extra headroom or made a completely different crop zooming in on her face.
