The tones of the image are great and her eye really pops. The leaf in front of her eye is nice for the color of the image (green in her eyes is lifted). The placement of the leaf feels a little weird making this 2 not 3 stars for me.

Looking at this as whole the logo drops the ratings significantly... the logo needs some work.
