I love the motion. The kid is sharp, but the wheel is still blurred to perfect shutter speed. This with another background and another crop could make it a 4 star image.
its hard for other people to judge these type of photos on here most seam to be studio photographers i think as an action shot/ event photo this is beautiful love it all the way around
