I think I might go for a soft focus look since she is a little noisy. You can mask over her with the adjustment brush and pull some clarity out. That will give it a little bit of a dreamy vibe.

yes. Then I generally also add some additional whites as well so that the clarity doesn't strip it too "flat" looking. Maybe pull down clarity across the whole image. Like a -10 to -20 in Lightroom. just an idea. I really like the composition and the window behind her.
I don't have lightroom, only photoshop + camera raw.
