Is her hand supposed to be a different color from her body? The smoke could almost be writing - that may be a fun avenue to explore.

I got lucky woth the smoke, what you see was all there. I didn't put smoke in or photoshop it into a certtain shape.
The writing idea is an interesting one, but I didn't want to overload the picture, it's already quite drastic. :)
