Congratulations to the winners!
I really like the mood of the shot but wanna give a few reasons why it's only a 2 for me:
The composite doesn't completely sell due to the very dark/contrasty foreground and way more foggy and lighter background. I've seen some other composites on your portfolio and most are way better.
What's really making this look "amateurish" to me is the fact that the cracks on the girl look completely two-dimensional. They are in no way bending to the underlying shape of her and don't change in color or intensity when coming to the edges. The translucency/transparency-effect doesn't sell either because this also implies that she is just 2D or we would otherwise see a "backside".
I'm sorry if this sounds harsh to you, but when I saw the picture I just had a feeling of something being wrong and had to stop and think what it was. I hope you'll gain something out of it.
Thank you for stopping and taking the time to provide feedback. I agree with your assessment and that I should work to improve which is always my goal. Thank you again!
