It's a ski hill and the athletes wouldn't move if there wasn't a pitch. The snow line you see isn't a 'horizon'. If you look at the trees you would have known that the pic is perfectly level. Guess you don't ski.

I do love the photo, but Poe's law does tend to come along and scupper things. As a passionate skiier who likes to think he has a rudimentary understanding of physics, I'm happy to say that the horizon is not an issue in the shot.
Great shot! The one thing that is bugging me is that the skier is out of focus.
Absolutely agree. I had my af off as they were moving too fast so I may have just missed that focal point. Thanks for the critique.
