So this is my first time with "Long Exposures". 2 months the Fun Fair was in town. Here this is an event that come's 2 times in a year. Here in Belgium they alwas call the fair with the name off the city. So for example: Brussels Fair or Antwerp Fair and it travels around the country in the whole year. But i live in Sint-Truiden. So here its called Sint-Truiden Fair. And to underline the statement that it is the fair of the city i took the picture with city hall on the background. ISO 160, f13, 12mm, 4sec
