20seconds to smooth most of the waves in the harbor. Wanted to add simplicity by only preserving a bit of texture in the sky, middleground and foreground.

This image is bright. You may want to try to bring down the highlights or overall exposure.
Hi! Yes, it is a +2 exposure. It is like so on purpose, because I like this esthetics. Have a bunch of cityscapes processed like this. I agree though, that it it might look weird on its own.
