This is a daytime long exposure using a 10 stop ND filter of the launch of Space Shuttle Discovery on STS-133. I believe this is truly unique as I don’t believe there has been another daytime long exposure photo published of a shuttle launch.

A quick google search and I found a some, but only a few, daytime long exposure shots, yours among them.
I gave 2 stars. Here's why:
It is certainly unique in its rarity. I am curious is it is cropped in or if it was really windy that day, as there is a bit of a lack of crispness to the image. Even in a long exposure I would expect the building to be sharper than they are here. It would help to anchor the shot more I think.
This is the kind of shot that I say is very valuable personally. In that it is something that has great memories attached to. But when compared to other shuttle launch photos this somewhat lacks the punchy impact that a lot of them carry.
I do certainly appreciate the effort going into this shot!
