Hey Sean. I gave it a 3 but I'd love everyone to give constructive suggestions/tips in comments so here's my opinion:
1. Absolutely love the rain in the background - very nice touch
2. Blue feathers on the head - so pretty. Love the texture
3. I feel like the bird is not sharp enough - there is a bit of a motion blur it seems.
4. Would love the bird to look up rather than down (I guess this is just our luck sometimes)

Thank you for your constructive tips, I'll definitely work upon getting the image sharper with a faster shutter. And work on dangling some food on a fishing line to make it look up :p

I'm not sure haven't seen any do it yet. I will pioneer this new technique ;)
