Being in Alaska, thankfully it's easy to get away from people on the trails. We decided to go check out an ice cave that no one had set foot in before. It's only accessible for a short window in the winter/spring due to a lake that forms inside this part of the glacier. 12 miles of hiking in the snow and below freezing temperatures, as isolated as we could be :-)
