A week and a half into quarantine, cabin fever was setting in. I got up before daylight and made my way down to the solitude of the marsh where I found dense fog had settled in. As light gathered to the east I began shooting. It wasn't until the sun rose above the distant evergreens, however, that the scene took on this eerie, golden glow.
