This just one of the 3 dogs I have, she's Hela and simply loved the expression in her face plus the sunset light hitting it. I tried to not modify the color of her eyes that much so that's basically how they look when the sun hits them.
The orange halo in her face is simply dirt, not a reflection of light or anything like that.
