'Fragrant Harbour Thoughts'
In a city as bustling as Hong Kong, it is near impossible to have a moment to yourself.
I am extremely fond of the strong story this candid image conveys. The subject is purposefully blocking off the chaos by way of a physical barrier railing and stares into the distance away from the imposing city skyline and all that it holds.
Forgetting time with his watch turned away from him and with earphones and lunch in tow, it kind of feels like a holy moment he is having to himself.
I am aware that it is not advised to have your subject stare out of frame, but I feel this image gains from exactly that.

Fantastic work! This is how to tell a story by just one image. I get sucked into the image and want to know his history.
Hey Jens, Thanks for the nice comment. That is exactly how the image makes me feel as well. Maybe at first glance it does not appear that interesting, but upon closer inspection I feel it speaks plenty!
